This company sends texts to people to try to get them to do an online interview, but it's a total scam! You can't ask questions until the very end, then they don't answer them, or answers are packed with lies. They tell you they're going to send a check to cover a bonus plus to cover purchase of equipment. Very evasive when questioned about the need for this. No new EE should have to pay for equipment. It should all be provided. Total scam & waste of time. Resolution Sought Be reprimanded & made aware of complaint filed- especially against hiring Manager Jordan Jester. I don't think he really works for the company. He refused to provide phone # where I could verify.

I am elderly 90 years old, went blind last June. Company added extra charges for using operator assistance. I use this phone for the blind for local calls only. The plan is supposed to be 20. a month due to low income and disability. Resolution Sought Keep the phone working and adjust the bill.
