I have paid $80 for a month subscription on June 17,2024. On June 18,2024 at 9:22am I received a call from Mr Slaughter from Cknstant Contact. He did offer to cancel my $80 subscription and offered a $28 monthly subscription instead. He did transfer all my email contacts from the one account to the new one and said the refund will be made within 7-10 days. Until today I have no money refunded , as well as I called 3-4 times and never been helped. I am disappointed that I have been lied to and they stole my money . They cancelled my account to which I don't have access and still didn't give me my money back . Please help - I am ready to go on the news and share this matter Resolution Sought Refund my $80

Constant contract has reviewed the accounts in questions. We have confirmed that the customer Initiated a chargeback with their credit card provided and the $80 payment was remitted by Constant Contact to the credit card provider. It may take up to 60 days for the customer to see that on their credit card statement. We can also confirm that the customer's accounts have been cancelled.
