Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. On 12/23 I lost power at home at 4pm. I went to the the online outage tracker, which was initially working, but no ETR, then it stopped working, and started not getting updated and started saying we have no ETR, but says they are aware. I call in to their automated system, said 11:15 12/24 ETR, then 1pm, then 4pm, the latest is 5:15pm. I managed to navigate to a live person, she had no ETR and said my outage had not been reported. I'm losing about 1 degree of heat an hour, it was down to 49 degrees by 8am on 12/24. At this rate in 17 hours the house will be at freezing, 32 degrees. That's when pipes start bursting. I wonder if BGE will pay for repairs? Resolution Sought Credit my account for 6 months worth of service. Fix damage when my pipes start bursting. I could not rate service, need negative stars.
