I can't find any honest cell phone service. They take advantage of "bad times.

They are deceitful and discriminate. They claimed something was damaged and it wasn't. Grandpa's pad. They sell faulty cell phone service you always have to buy something new.

I would like to inform any future Consumer Cellular customers that the J D Powers award means nothing.

Went to 2 locations to update a phone and both times l wasted a total of 3 plus hours waiting on the technician that never showed at the Target stores. And to make matters worse, Target said the technicians are not Target employees and they don't control them and Consumers Cellular said that they are Target employees and neither of them could care about wasting my time and fuel but you could be damn sure if we're late with a payment we would get no consideration from Consumers. I finally worked with 2 Consumer Cellular employees on the phone to get the phone up and working. The first person sort of confused me when he asked "how come you chose this phone " I told him that we needed an update and trying to get help at the store was not working out so I ordered it from the company he's working for. We we able to get the phone to work but couldn't transfer contacts and photos so at this point I left Target and went home to check on finding the google password to transfer the pictures and contacts. I thought I had the correct one and called back to Consumers to get assistance to finish setting the phone up. After explaining the lack of assistance at Target and finding out the password was wrong her advice was do you have some one to help you like a neighbor sort of a dumb statement after she was told about the experience at Target. I ended up manually updating the phone listing and took pictures of our daughters pictures and texted them to her to save to photos.
