In March 2021 I went to select auto on Moffett road in Mobile Alabama to purchase a used vehicle but I have bad credit so I put $2,000 cash and down at select Auto for what they sold me has was a 2007 Infiniti q no I'm sorry an Infinity EX 35 SUV with a melted dashboard that had been recalled the sticker on the window said $4,000 cash or same as cash was the cost they financed the vehicle for me so 2000 off of 4,000 should have left 2,000 left to finance my payments were $300 a month and I paid them I still have all the receipts well I got something in the mail about 2 months into it from a CSF of Pensacola which I was told by those people that they purchased retail contracts from places like used car dealerships and that I had signed somewhere in My car contract that it would be okay for them to sell the retail agreement to anybody which I comb through my contract there was no such paper in there and no such paper with my signature for sure. there were problems with this whole situation from the beginning. for example, I still have the the paperwork from where I bought the car from select they didn't sign where they needed to sign in one place they put in there that it was an 08 Infiniti but it's actually an 07 they also put in there that they weren't a lien holder that, I own the vehicle out right. they added another $500 for dealer's fees. By the time consumer finance got my retail agreement they're saying that I owe $8,000 on a car that was only $4000. Plz help me Resolution Sought I want the repo and all negatives relating to it removed from my credit reports, and any third party reporting also, like lexis Nexis and all of the ones that consumers are rarely informed of. Then I want another vehicle, or at least the money I put into that one back. And they're saying that was zero, they're not even counting my down payment, and I want pain and suffering, if possible, lost wages
