It has been almost 6 months and my refrigerator is not repaired. I have reached out on multiple occasions to get this taken care of. The contractor that they hired actually advised them that the work was completed. I had to contact them to let them know the work has not been completed. They have advised because they have paid for the repairs that is all that they are able to do. this is not fair to me the consumer because I paid them for a service that has not been fulfilled. Even though they have given money to the contractor the repairs have not been completed to my satisfaction. I have months of correspondence back and forth with no resolution and multiple times of them rescheduling my appointments. Resolution Sought I would like them to replace my refrigerator at this point 6 months is more than enough time to have a refrigerator fixed.

Bought a new refrigerator with service plan from Consumer Priority Service. Refrigerator started making noise in compressor. Requested service two times was denied. Second time they approved and denied later due to cosmetic damages after service company came. Their advertising etc states different than what they do plus they don't give you an agreement it's listed on their website. I drafted a small claims complaint and will forward it if they don't cooperate. Resolution Sought I would like my money back and pay for new refrigerator I bought. I also request for them to pay for my months and months of lost of service
