Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Customer Complaint

CCU filled a derogatory report with Transunion Credit Union saying that we were late with our credit card payment for September and October. This resulted in my wife and my credit score being affected along with our credibility towards other companies. We have documentation to show that CCU's statement system was faulty and even trying to contact them to resolve the matter resulted in broken promises that were never followed through on. Resolution Sought We would like Consumer Credit Union to: 1. Reverse all late fees. 2. Contact Transunion Credit Bureau to retract the derogatory report and to have them reestablish our credit report standing back to its original status. In addition, since they report to other credit bureau's, for them to undo their report and inform others that we are customers in good standing.
