You state that the consolidation company never accepted the $33 payment amount and that you tried to pay it on your own. You express concern that you were charged late fees and high interest. We appreciate the opportunity to investigate your concerns and welcome the opportunity to respond. We regret any frustration you experienced with enrolling your account into the special repayment plan and working out an agreement with your consolidation company. Please note that the last late fee you received posted to your account on November 15, 2022. On November 19, 2022, we reversed this late fee as a courtesy. Copies of your November 2022 through February 2023 billing statements are enclosed. Your account is currently enrolled in a special repayment plan with a fixed monthly payment of $33.00. As such, you are no longer billed annual fees, monthly maintenance fees or late fees, and your interest rate is five percent (5%). Additionally, your account is closed, and no further charging privileges are allowed. Your next payment of $33.00 is due by March 13, 2023. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding the repayment plan or the status of your account, you can contact us at 1-866-449-4514. Representatives are available Monday through Friday 7:00am to 12:00am EST, and Saturday through Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm EST. You can also reach us via email at executiveresponseteam@contfinco.com.

I said that you said that you never received a payment , and they told me y'all refused the 33 and wanted more , but then you kept adding and adding on to it, so it would never get paid off, so therefore if y'all didn't get the payment then the credit people had to of kept the payment
