I am an elderly disabled gentleman who moved out of my previous home in July of 2024 since then I have called numerous times to this credit card company to change my address. I even put a forwarding address in the post office. This company keeps saying they will change and correct my address to my current address but they fail to do so and every month they keep adding on late fees. I do not drive to go to my ild residence to get that bill they keep sending there. This company is fraudulently purposely not changing my address so they can continue to keep adding on late fees ,which is up too 380.00 dollars. This company is scamming customers. I am starting with is company and I will move up to further complaints. I call and call and now I get no where. Resolution Sought Change my address to my current address and remove the late fees starting from July 2024

They have overcharged. Kept adding 45.00 charges the balance due on the card was a total of 130.00 dollars. I stopped using the card over a year with balance being 600.00 at the time of stoppage. I continued to pay, just as I write. They have changed amounts that clearly arranged for autopay. Please check into these practices. You will unprofessional practices Resolution Sought I want to be cleared and separated from this company's predatory billing practices and given back the fake late charges.
