BCA AND CONTINENTAL BANK. PROBLEM SOLVED!

Thank you for prompt intervention and follow thru and getting a replacement credit card expeditiously remailed and credit line restored.

A continental rep calked soon after my complaint which was over a phone number change andit was noted and immexiate credit restoration followed soon after.

Its a pleasure to work with people and solve issues that result in all parties gaining in the solution process.

Thanks and I hope simple changes dont produce future delays and confysion as a result if my acknowledgement if this optimal outcome.
