Be made aware of what poor treatment and the absolutely disgusting way that their "Managers" handle their business and treat the customers.

I would like to file a complaint for the threats that were made to myself and my children by Keith the Store Manager at Continental Rental. I spoke with Keith's General Manager and they did absolutely nothing. Marty the General Manager began yelling and swearing at me on the phone while I was attempting to file a complaint with him. Now I'm hoping that this is where something could possibly be done about the terrible service and treatment from this business and their employees.
