My Long time stylist of six years provided hair dying services to me July 9th and I texted my long time stylist July 12th to let her know that I was unhappy with the job that she did. She was aware that same day as the services that I was unhappy and she let me leave knowing I was unsatisfied. Her solution was to cut off my hair extensions that I had just purchased that week. When I asked her to redo my hair the following week she refused because she was completely booked and was going on vacation that coming Friday so she had no time to fit me into her schedule. I didn't reach out to her requesting a refund for the services since it was not executed properly and she refused. I even reached out to the salon owner and she let me know that "there is nothing she can do for me since I did not pay her, at the end of the day all she does is collect money from her stylist that rent chairs from her". Resolution Sought My desired out come is a full refund since I had to find a new stylist to correct her job. (I do have photos)
