Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Starting the week of thanksgiving we lost internet two times in the first three days of that week. Then the week after thanksgiving we ended up losing internet three times in one night. Now I called and talk to someone about get refunded money for my bill and I was told that they can not do refunds on situation like this that they have to send it for approval. Now they also said that they could see that my internet was out. This is not the first time I have complained about this happening and nothing has been done. They are really good about taking my money for the bill though. I have been very flexible with my schedule when they have had to change the appointments on me and everything. I have been very patient with this company but now I am fed up with it. I would rate this company as 0 stars but I have to have one because that is the minimum. This is not only happening to me but all other customers too. Resolution Sought I would like to have a partial refund of money for the service. If that can not be done then I believe I should get three months free for all the problems I have had.
