I have never been treated the way they treated me. It's obvious they don't care.

I went to have dentures done, I didn't have the $300 once the dentures got back from the lab and they would not take payments for the $300 to pay for the dentures so they had to send the dentures back to the lab unbeknownst to me they did not tell me that my insurance wasn't going to cover it and that I would have to pay out-of-pocket. I go in today to try to get dentures and they were rude, they called me rude she rolled her eyes at me. Then she told me that she had to take and pay the money where I never came back. At that time I told her she never called me and never left me a message to tell me that I owed her money and if the insurance did not cover it she never sent me a bill in the mail to tell me that I owe them money and that the insurance did not cover it. When I went today she spoke to me as if I was an ingrate. she called me rude several times. the crew were waiting to see what I was going to do, I guess they thought that I was going to act out but they had dental assistant standing up against the wall just staring at me while I was trying to pay the bill that they never told me I owed for. And they were very short and didn't want to deal with my teeth. Last year they took my dental insurance and but now all of a sudden they can't take my dental insurance. I have never been treated the way they treated me was so embarrassing it was so uncalled for and so unprofessional. I would never, I will never go back. All they want is more money from you.
