The company should close down.

Company is not a registered LLC and does not have insurance. They work on peoples houses, does tree removal and is not even insured leaving the customer liable. Stay away from this business and do not hire them. Be transparent and act responsible and not lead customers on making them believe that the business is legitimate when the company is a fake.
