The owner of this company sold us a car that had a bad engine. His own mechanic said he sent the owner a list of problems (16 trouble codes) and the owner never sent the parts so he put it back together and the car lot sold it to me. the Mechanic said it was to dangerous to be on the road for sure so the car lit owner knew what the issues were with the car before selling it now he won't help me anymore Resolution Sought I'd like my money returned.

Company states: This complaint was not filed by the purchaser as signed on our agreement. Valina is the purchaser and she signed our As Is Buyer's Guide Agreement. This was an AS IS sale. No implied warranties per the state. We have an Arbitration Agreement in the contract. No refund will be issued.
