I went to Cool Smile Orthodontist for my daughters braces and her age was nine years old. They informed me that she would need two sets of braces due to her age and I was OK with that because she was very insecure about her smile they quoted me about $4200 I signed her up right when the pandemic had came into play and due to Covid and my father's death and my job loss and my hospitalizations I was not able to meet all of the appointments and they also due to being very busy and client usage at that time they were not able to fit me in when I would call my appointments would be months out One day I arrived for an appointment and they informed me that my contract time was over I had not gotten all of my visits that I was promised due to Covid and they're not being able to fit me in for two months out each time I called so I agreed to paying three months out of the six months that she needed left and I got her bottom brackets on after waiting two years for them to put them on and when I called to find out when her next appointment was they for me they had not scheduled her next appointment so I requested them to get her in as soon as possible and they said they could not fit her in until June which was over a month from the day I called so when I went to return back to them today they informed me that I need to pay $450 for the two months they couldn't fit her in and I informed that I'm not paying for services not rendered that they could not fit me in. Resolution Sought I believe that I deserve half of my money back due to the fact that they did not hold up their end of the bargain and they are only worried about money and I believe they do this to more than just me
