This not monetary. On June 6, 2022 The company installed a new faucet in my condo for the cost of $852.00 It leaked the next day and they had to send a repairman. I told the second man that I had not been given any owners manual or warranty papers. This faucet has a replacement guarantee ( I learned from friends but I will not be able to claim if anything happens in the future I have called the company numerous times about this and been told they would have the installer send me something in the mail or by e-mail Nothing has come and its been a month Resolution Sought I want the paperwork that I should have for the faucet The faucet is from Moen and I've been assured by friends that its guaranteed
