Ups tracking verified my broken phone was sent to them and received 11/4/22. Warehouse is unresponsive with myself and TracFone regarding even acknowledging they received my broken device. A new phone is supposed to be sent from TracFone through this warehouse and the company has no information still on my property. Upon viewing other reviews via Google, I am seeing this has happened to many people, the exact way over the past few years. No one answered emails or calls. They now have stolen my property with no interest in fixing their mess up. Resolution Sought Shut them down, force them to send me a refund for my phone full price!
