Coops Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning complaints

I had my carpets cleaned on the 27th of September the guy came three or four hours late he only took an hour to clean three rooms when I checked them he said that they were going to look better when they drive but they looked at the same he was supposed to use industrial fluid that they use on restaurant carpets to get grease or dirt out and he didn't use it but he charged me for it I contacted him two days later and I was a little angry and I was talking a little loud but I talk loud normally he said I was yelling at him and he hung up on me I attempted to try later maybe days later to contact him and he was talking and he said again that I was interrupting him but he had attempted to call me for this issue he charged me for something that he didn't use and he didn't clean my carpet he is supposed to be a professional his name is Jason and you already have the address if you don't it's cooked carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning shelbyville kentucky 40165 the phone number is 502-531-9423 he wasn't trying to work with me in any way just took my money and would not even come and look at his finished product when it got dry it still look at the same like he just wet my floor and that's it I sent pictures to him to let him know and he still never responded I don't know what to do but I don't want someone to think that they can walk over me he came 2 hours late he only was here 45 minutes he didn't use the cleaner that he was supposed to use Resolution Sought I would like for him to either clean my carpet the way it's supposed to be professionally or return my money because he did not do what he was supposed to do my carpet still looks the same he was supposed to use to have traffic area cleaning and he did not do that and I paid extra for that cuz it was originally $69 but it ended up being $115 I want what I paid for
