We called them to see if they can install a used alternator that I bought from Bumpers to Bumpers. Once the new alternator was installed Copley Tire and Auto said that the alternator was bad charged us for a new one and installed it and the car started running. While the car was in the shop a hole in the oil pan was "discovered". I have that oil pan and the picture of the hole that was pushed through it at the bottom so oil was pouring out. We fixed the oil pan on or own but the car started losing power again so we took it back and they said that it was Copley Tore and Auto said the issue was the battery. We had the car towed again from the and I replaced the battery twice since then. Yesterday I was driving and the car shut off again because of the battery, come to find out the alternator is draining the life out of the battery, and the alternator that they installed and said was okay is actually faulty. Resolution Sought I would like my car fixed the proper way and I would like them to stop lying to my wife about the issues that they have caused
