We are dealing with a situation that is beyond ridiculous, and we are at our wits end with this company and their complete lack of professional accountability. We've been trying to resolve and exit our membership 5-4069694 FAR too long, and despite our efforts to settle this and move on, they choose to ignore us. We have sent a formal email request over 1 month ago offering a settlement to end this relationship once and for all. We have received zero response. This follows a pattern of being flat-out ignored. quite frequently by them. When we manage too get a representative named Leigh Ann on the phone previously, she was unhelpful and dismissive. She claimed their office was just "too busy" to follow up with us as promised at the end of last year. How is that an acceptable excuse. for a professional business? She even mentioned our account going to foreclosure BUT refused to provide her last name or a direct line for a supervisor. This seemed sketchy to say the least. We bought into this for "dream vacations" that were promised but never existed. It took years just to access, and now we are stuck in a cycle of broken promises and silence. It feels like we are being held hostage by a company that will. not even acknowledge our existence un til they want money and we are desperate to cut ties. We've been beyond reasonable, but they have not shown us the same. Resolution Sought We need someone to hold them accountable because they clearly have no intention of acting with any integrity on their own. We simply want to terminate our contact with them and move with our lives. Please help us with this.
