I have ordered twice with this company. The last order I placed on 2/29/24 arrived incomplete. I was missing snails from my order which totaled over 150$. I immediately went on their we page and attempted to contact them regarding the issue. No response was received in 2 attempts. I found an e mail on the packing order so i tried that on 3/11/24. I was contacted via e mail and told that they had included the item i was claiming to have missed in my shipment. When i replied i had not that the snails were missing form my order they then said it was too late. I only had 24 hours to bring this too their attention. I did attempt to contact them right away and got no response. When i told them i was going to write a review regarding my experience they completely blocked me from their public web site. Resolution Sought Unblock me from their web site. Send me the snails i never received including shipping costs.
