This is our second complaint with Corby & Leach State Farm agency in Logan OH. In February I went to the office to pay for Feb bill that's due on the 18th at that time staff tells me my bill is 20.00 higher and nobody in the office knows why I say if you can't come down to a better price I'm not staying with you she says she can't. So I leave. But the staff does not cancel my policy.. After a few weeks of checking other companies my boyfriend who is paying the policy goes back to State Farm, they tell us they didn't cancel the policy so now we owe all of February and this is now the month of March '24, we pay it and go with liability coverage only. For weeks we are covered with liability only and my boyfriend changes his mind to have road side coverage ect added/ So the month of March and payment is due I call and staff tells me NOT to pay March's bill because of all the changes she says there will NOT be a late fee and I will pay in April 60 something it was high sixties is all. .April bill arrives its 92.00 and some change with a late fee nothing near the sixty something range.. I can't even talk to someone at corporate to discuss the staff here in Logan Ohio how they do business. I will not pay this I don't owe it and until it's in the sixty dollar range they won't see from me. Such liars!!! Resolution Sought Corporate office to reach out to us to apologize and make this right just like your staff said sixty something dollars our payment for April 24, we didn't even owe Feb full month, because I was done with State Farm then, but we paid it because staff didn't understand I was done right when she said she could give us a better deal I was done my policy should of been canceled then. State farm has multiple issue with staff at this office I will never understand that they make a pay check ..

Company states: In February my ofrfice spoke to Brenda when she came in that her bill was higher due to a renewal. Which was explained in as much detail as we can provide. Credit ratings, vehicle safety ratings and inflation repair costs. She did not pay her February bill, so when she paid on 3/1/24 that payment applied to February at the higher renewal rate. Coverage change request was made and processed 3/11/2024 by insured. She then called back and wanted the coverage changed again to full coverage on the same date of 3/11/2024 keeping her bill the same from renewal of $54.80 monthly. Her bill for April was for March and April and our office did remove her late payment fee. All 3 staff team members spoke with her trying to explain that she did not in fact request a cancellation when she was at the office she just expressed being upset about the increase and said she would be shopping for new insurance.
