I Signed up for debt consolidation loan. I have been paying monthly since November. They haven't done anything for me. I only have 6 open accounts. They haven't attempted to fix 1 yet. I have attempted to make contact with them on several occasions. I was finally able to make contact with customer service and the lady just kept giving me the run around. And wasn't able to provide me any information on any progress made. She told me I was had to keep paying them even though she couldn't provide any proof of the company actually contacting any of my creditors. And when I told her that the creditors were calling me daily she had no response. Other then they weren't going to fix my credit until after all of my debt deep in arrears . I was miss lead into thinking the loan was going into my bank account and I could pay off the debt. Not the case they ( loan ) the money and take care of debt after it is terribly damaged. My credit score was good. I make my payments on time. I was just trying to avoid all the extra interest I was paying. Now my credit score is dropping significantly, I am still making the payments to this company and nothing is being done. Resolution Sought As a company they should what they said they were going to do over the phone. Not whatever they had in the contract. I wouldn't have done it. They miss represented themselves and either I should be refunded all of my money. $ 413 x3 for the 3 months I paid or they should at the very least do what they said and fix my credit
