Solar installed March 2023 rejected April 2023 by city inspector they had solar installed by solgen energy I was reimbursed 3 solar payments told I would be reimbursed until solar gets turned on they owe me as of now 8 payments $143.66 .still no solar Resolution Sought Solar and roof fixed and reimbursed for payments

My husband and I were Scammed by Cole Farmer's Company ! They lied to us and had my husband put his retirement up for collateral and they ruined our home when the new roof they put in and solar panels they put huge holes in our roof and it leaks every where now we have Black Mold because of Core Energy Solar from Selma CA. we can't get any of their company employees. Crew to answered our calls all we get is auto mated text messages and non English speaking people that can't help us we both disabled on fixed income we afford this loss and possible personal injury all so un safe to stay in our home we have no where to go !! They didn't even finish putting the new roof on left it unfinished and slammed on the solar panels and here comes the rain with leaks now house is ruined worried about loosing every thing retirement home and health these people came knocking on our door with lies and scam to be taken by this horrible company we have no where to turn now afraid will become homeless !! Resolution Sought We want out of this horrible contract scam by Core Energy and them to take off their solar panels fix the damages they have caused and pain and suffering and most of all for them to be legally stopped from stealing my husband retirement after ruing our only investment our only place to live please help us !!
