phone harrassment

I have told them 4 times today, Jan. 3, 2016, that I do not want their service & take me off their calling list. The last person that called I asked for their phone #, which he gave me 800-224-2216. I then asked for their email and mailing address and he wouldn't give it to me. He asked if I was going to come to the office if he gave me their mailing address. I said no but I need to report them & needed to give all of their info to the Attorney General. And he asked me when I was going to report him and I said today after I hang up from this phone call. He still would not give me anymore info.

They called me twice last week and 4 times today--I want them to stop calling.

Scam

Update! March, 2018 They have popup links tied to different websites, (unfortunately I have not been able to catch which ones YET) Those Popups open a new window on your computer, That states it is from Microsoft with a virus threat on your computer and to call immediately. Unfortunately my Mom who is in her 80's has been fooled by them 3 times in 4 years and cost her over $ 600.00. I am now having to put full pop up blocks on her computer to save guard her. The last time they told her to go to target and get gift cards for over $2,000.00 each, after being able to get her to log on to her bank account and view her money. GRRRRRRR!!!! Just for reference, if it does happen to you, Go to task manager by clinking Control, Alt, Delete at the same time. In task manager close all windows. This company took over $300.00 from my mom 2 years ago. I removed their program from her computer last week. Now she is receiving upto 6 calls a day, with them stating she has coverage until 2018 and that her computer has been compromised!, I and she have called them or asked them when they call to remove her account and her phone number from their system. To no avail, they continue to call and it has become very stressful for my mom at 81 years old.
Their company state it is not their company calling her, that her network must have let someone in! and got her account and phone number from her computer.
Nope! didn't happen. Her account number was not in or on her computer. The program was deleted from her computer and now they want access! Calls to them have not resolved the issue, they just make the statement that they do not make calls to their clients! This is the email address I used 2 years ago to try and get a refund for over charges for same services.
