Corinth plumbing and heating put new piping and submersible pump in my well . I don't have water now and called him but he will not fix the issue. On the day his crew was there I heard his coworker say something broke , the owner said "just tape it". I don't know if this may be the problem but I thought it was odd since it was a piece that was put in the ground. Resolution Sought Fix the problem that he was paid lots of money to do.

It should not of cost me anything, it was under warranty. Also the correct hose should have been put in properly the first time. A refund should be granted for Their mistake. I feel I was taken advantage of.

Customer is requesting a refund, however, it is being declined because it was her equipment that failed. Nothing that Corinth Plumbing and Heating did caused the problem. At this time we consider this matter closed, we did what we could for this client.
