They need to fix there entire warehouse and clean up shop it is absolutely disgusting .
They have non-sanitary tools that they use at every bar, they don't wash them thoroughly or keep them thoroughly cleaned. They don't keep their mixers temperature regulated and many of them are bad. They also have roaches everywhere in their warehouse and office, climbing in everything to fresh fruits, to any cooler and every cooler they use, including the ones that are supposed to be for clean ice
