Warranty Claim ref # CORNERSTONE BUILDING BRANDS CASE ID: PG-2479873-X4M2G9 In December, 2023 I filed a warranty claim (lifetime replacement warranty) with Cornerstone Building Brands. They handle warranty claims for Uniframe Windows, original provider/intaller of all windows in my home. I have been waiting now 7 months for my 1 replacement window. One shipment was "lost" in March 2024. The "reorder" was to ship May 22, 2024. Still no window! Resolution Sought Replace the faulty window with new window.
