I would like the to take better care of the customers

I have contacted this company a few time about services they offer. Each time I call I was put on hold and the lady came back and said all of sale rep are busy at the moment please let your information and someone will contact you.. So I said sure gave the information ask will it be today or tomorrow she it could be tomorrow but someone should you back. So I waited the next day I contacted earlier in the day she same girl I say I spoke you yesterday is there anyway I could speak to someone today.. hold on 8 minutes later our sale team are very much and some will call you back today the day .. I wait and tried to call before they closed for the day. I got no answer and I do know they have call ID because she told me my name and number both times.. This very unprofessional and poorly ran busy.. There's a breakdown in customer service and customer support! How do you offer a service and everyone is too busy to call back or answer the phone. I am pretty sure when I called she seen it was me and didn't answer I wasn't rude or anything you guys need to have better customer service skills
