Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

My Husband sent me an email from a company representing themselves as Second Chance Housing Corporations as we were facing eviction and panicked. I reached out via internet and paid an initial 100.00 down payment and set the rest up to be withdrawn totaling 550.00 . The money was allegedly a registration/ application fee to use their company accounts when applying for homes. I was unable to reach anyone live at both numbers they have listed online. A foreign man called me at 7pm ET the day I applied and I couldn't understand a word he was saying. I asked for his contact info and he ended the call. I tried calling back but I was unable to get through. I immediately emailed them requesting my money as well as telling them I do not authorize any further financial dealing with them. I still have received my refund and now I am worried that I've been scammed. Resolution Sought Send me my money back.
