I returned a defective pair of boots back to corral ,as per the return shipping label they emailed me. Corral is now telling me they cannot return my money to me cause they were worn. I had the boots on for 2 hours and noticed the defects on them. They scratched very easy and dye was coming off. Corral claimed that some boots are more FRAGILE than others, but their website doesn't show that in any description of boots. Corral has my money and the boots I returned and paid for. I nerd help please with this company selling under FALSE pretenses. Resolution Sought A different pair of boots of better quality, or MY MONEY returned back to my credit card.
