Cortnee's Cars complaints

This is a predatory shop, me coming in as a young 25 year old girl they thought they would take advantage of that, and they did. I brought my car in because it was making a very loud sound when driving my father thought it was the carrier barring in the drive shaft but I took it to the shop and they told me it was play in between the driver side rearward facing lateral arms(it's a bmw so it has 2 vs American cars that have 1) I trusted him even though the sound wasn't coming from the driver side but I trusted him. He originally quoted me at over 1k as soon as I said I don't have that kind of money my dad will just do the work himself on his weekends off he told me if I ordered the part he'd only charge me $150 for labor and 89.99 for an alignment he said it would be a 2 hour job. I dropped my car off at 745am and he didn't call me that it was done until 4pm he said he had been working on it all that time. When I picked the car up and paid him I started the car and all or the sudden all the lights are on on my dash they were not b4. I drove down the street got gas then got on the turnpike to go to work, not only was the sound still there and just as loud but as I was trying to get on my car pulled me so far right I almost crashed into the wall. I called the shop immediately and he said "oh it needs tire rods bring it back and it'll be another $650 for 1 he never said any of that to begin with &2 he let me drive the car away knowing it would fall apart as I was driving. Resolution Sought I would like them to fix whatever they did and properly align the car because now it is moving all over the road to the point I had to park it bc the car is now inoperable & all of my electronics in the car are now acting up I think they took something out of my car bc bmw parts are expensive & owner owns same car as I do almost identically so I think he switched my parts out with his bad ones. And I want my money back & the money for the tow I had to pay for after leaving their shop.

Absolutely none of this is true I have everything recorded. No one attempted to assault anyone he was asking where the ACE certified mechanic was, they either don’t have one at all, or the one they “have” was not there. You can clearly see in their response what type of company they are, very unprofessional. Also his wife invited me back and offered to align my vehicle for free, because they know what they did was wrong, against the law, and almost killed me ie I was almost in a very bad accident after leaving their shop bc they snapped the bolts off my back wheel which I also have pictures of and recorded conversation with the alignment shop where he clearly states the owners wife was standing right there and he told her the bolts were snapped off. She then drove my vehicle which she shouldn’t have been driving back to their shop, parked it, and called me and told me it was done and ready for pickup. They can say whatever they want but I have all the proof and receipts and they don’t. Also I have video recording when we went back into the shop which shows no one was assaulted or threatened and his wife invited me back. Why weren’t police called if that were true? Bc it’s false
