I purchased a vehicle as is purchased the warranty got the vehicle home was making terrible noises when trying to shift or I should say shifting hard so I brought it into the dealership on Monday because I purchased it on a Saturday afternoon and got the call that the transmission had to be replaced because it had very burnt transmission fluid in it and leaking transmission lines I had bought the warranty just because I thought it was a good idea didn't think I was going to get taken advantage of the warranty company denied fixing it because they don't do anything with lines because that should be something that is dealt with and noticed when you're doing an inspection well it's obvious to me no inspection was done because they told me there were no leaks nothing it has a severe oil leak and the gentleman who sold me the vehicle told me well you don't really need to worry about having an inspection done if we didn't inspection for you I feel there was no inspection done on this vehicle because there is no way that the antifreeze would have been so low and the transmission fluid would have been noticed that it was burnt and the oil leak would have been noticed if there was an inspection done on the vehicle and it's my understanding that the brakes were done so the vehicle was up in the air so every single one of the leaks in this vehicle would have been noticed and noted Resolution Sought My desired outcome is to get a vehicle that is going to get me to work and back and work for $15,000 it should be a pretty darn good vehicle I know that my credit isn't perfect but that doesn't mean you take advantage of me I just want to make it to work I don't want to be fired and lose my job because I don't have a vehicle I don't have the 4000 plus dollars to fix this vehicle because it also needs other things done the 4000 is only for the transmission itself I have more to get it fixed on it

Company states; The customer purchased her vehicle "As Is No Warranty". We have customer's sign multiple documents stating they understand the vehicle is sold "As is". I did reach out to the customer to see if there was a way to try to help her out by putting her into a different vehicle. However, she informed me she already got the vehicle repaired.

I had no choice but to get it repaired. They refused to do anything. They also knew there was something wrong with the vehicle when they sold it if you look at the paperwork from the automotive shop where I brought it to there is proof. The vehicle had no transmission fluid in it severe oil leaks severe transmission leaks and when they do their inspection they see this at Corwin and they still sell the vehicle for 50 times what it's worth in that condition so instead of paying $22,000 I'm paying $31,000 that is enough money for a brand new car not a 2014 so I would appreciate someone's help here because I'm done being taken advantage of and that it's exactly what they did
