This company keeps trying to take money out of my account. I have tried on a number of occasions to unsubscribe, but the company doesn't allow me to. The first issue is I don't know this company, but it says to unsubscribe so I have tried because I want them to stop messing with my bank account & they are trying to get money out of 2 of my accounts. I ordered a new card & they still popping up this is how I know they are a scam. Resolution Sought Stop trying to take money out of my account. Shut down, this company is scamming people with unauthorized transactions. If the BBB doesn't do anything about it, then we all need to gather & sue. People work hard for there money.

Ms. Smith signed up for a $1-7 day trial of services on January 5, from and IP address in Raleigh, NC, the same city and state in which she resides. At the time of sign up Ms. Smith had to complete a 4-page signup process that required her date of birth, social security number, full credit card, and billing information, as well as complete a third-party identity verification directly with the credit bureau. There is no record of Ms. Smith ever contacting customer service to cancel her account. Had Ms. Smith requested her account cancelled, her account would have been canceled. The first notification we received that she wished to discontinue services was the receipt of this complaint. Upon receipt Ms. Smith's account was immediately cancelled and she should not receive any further billings.

Company made fraudulent charge on my credit card. Their web site says they do credit card checks and will automatically start charging $39.95 after one week. Tried calling CRSCR, sounded like someone from India. He stated he couldn't find my account so couldn't reverse the charge. I reported it to my charge card company. Resolution Sought Let others know this is a scammer company
