Consumer alleges your company false advertised the Cosmic Scope and refuse to take responsibility. Consumer saw the advertisement of the cosmic scope. He placed the order on 05/03/2021. He received it on 05/05/21 and the product was not like advertised. The product did not have any attachments like advertised an therefore is useless to him. He filed a dispute with his credit card company because the product was mislead to him. After calling you about the false advertisement you refused to take responsibility. Consumer is told he needs to buy the attachments separately. Now that he filed a dispute, your office refuses to speak with him. Consumer wants your company to provide the attachment to connect to his smart phone as advertised. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to provide the attachment to connect to his smart phone as advertised.
