My car was supposed to be fixed after I was in a wreck within 2 weeks. Car was at the shop for two months. The shop had my car so long that my rental ran out and I had to pay out of pocket. I contacted Cosner brothers on several occasions asking if there was any assistance available to help me with transportation while my car was in their shop. They did not kept me updated on what they were doing to my car. The day that I picked my car up from the shop my car turned off on me on the way home. I live 1 hour and 30 minutes from where the shop is located. The lights on my dash came on half way home. The lights that were on stated "service advance track", "hill assistance not available", and there were several other lights on that were not on when my car was towed to their shop. I contacted the body shop to inform them of what was going on with my car and I was told to bring the car back so they could hook up the machine to test my car. The man that I spoke to reassured me that the My car went into their shop with my radiator damaged. The radiator was supposed to be replaced and the shop charged for putting coolant in the radiator. My car ran hot two days later and when I checked the overflow box for coolant there was none in the car. I had to let my car cool down and purchase coolant and put it in. The next day I had to put in more coolant to make it to work. My car is now smoking and with that being sad I sure hope that my heads are not warped by the car running so ho… Resolution Sought Fix my vehicle and reimburse me for the gas and money that was spent for rental car out of pocket.

To whom it may concern Ms Mosley (known to us as "Janet Hill") brought her vehicle in for body repairs after a collision. At no time was she ever promise that the repairs would be completed within a specific time frame. Supply chain delays are a problem across the entire United States and have been for over 2 years now. Each time Janet would call, we would let her know that the parts were still on back order, that we would begin repairs as soon as the parts arrive, and that Cosner Brothers Body Shop does not offer rentals, loaner cars, or rental reimbursement for any reason. Her vehicle has sustained radiator damage, and she was informed of this fact from the beginning. She mentioned many times about the problems she had experience with her vehicle since purchasing it, and now she is having overheating issues since the collision. On June 14th, Ms. Mosley-Hill came to pick up her vehicle as body repairs were complete. On June 16th, 2022, she advised us of lights on the dashboard and return with the vehicle. Cosner Brothers diagnosed the issues we were able to access through our computer databases, however there were remaining control module issues our system could not access, and again advised her to take it to a nearby dealership. On June 17th, 2022, she called to report drivability issues, so we contacted Allstate, then contacted Ms Mosley-Hill to advise her Allstate would be contacting her to discuss the drivability issues. If Allstate determine the drivability issues were directly related to the collision, Allstate would have asked the shop making the diagnosis for a copy of the diagnostics report for verification of the mechanical damage. The delay in repairs was not an active decision made by Cosner Brothers Body Shop but is the direct result of supply chain issues that are frustrating to every auto body repair shop in the nation. While we sympathize with all of our customers and the major inconveniences experience by vehicle body repair, our policy on rental vehicles has not changed since our doors first open in 1957. We completed all body work repairs as approved by Ms. Mosley - Hills insurance company and maintain our original recommendation that she take her vehicle to a local dealership and contact her insurance company.
