I went to cost cutters today for a haircut. I hadn't been there in a while. The girl cut my hair and she blew it dry. And when I went to leave and pay the bill it was $47 and I asked why so much and I believe the haircut was like $24 into just blow your hair dry and style it a little bit she didn't do too much to it was an extra $20. I told her you did not tell me that or I would not have said that you could blow dry my hair or do anything else to it. I was upset that I was not told there was an extra $20, so I still had to pay it. I did not have that kind of money to spend today on that service, so I am upset that I was not told that it's $20 just to blow your hair dry. Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed my $20. Or credited $20 towards my next haircut.
