About a 18000 BTU from coastway/walmart received it yesterday took it out of the box and wired it up and got to looking and it had damage on the back from shipping he had been hit or something went ahead and wired it up and hit it will run but it will not heat and I cannot get them to answer my to call me when we can talk about it and I'll talk to Walmart customer service and they said anything over 70 lb you can't return so I just need to know I just paid $764 for something that I just got yesterday that don't work and can't get I just need somebody to contact me. Resolution Sought Either come and fix it to where it will heat or replace the item or get my money back.
