I went to buy a used car from them and the next day I noticed that the check engines light was on and it was popping up rke battery low I took it to their shop and they told me it was all normal and wasn't nothing wrong. They cleared the dash and within a few miles the same thing was happening. I noticed that the car wasn't driving right and kept taking it to their shop and they continued to tell me wasn't nothing wrong. I went in for an oil change and they tell me a hose was missing so they just put a random hose on it. Then about a few weeks later the car still wasn't running right so I got under the hood to check the fluids and the oil was bone dry so I added 6qts and the next morning the car over heated. I took the car to them and they gave me a loaner. Off the lot that drives worse. But they diagnosed my car and it needs a new engine new alternator and a new battery. All issues that should be covered under my warranty and the engine warranty and they sent me an estimate for 9658. 00 I went into ask them what my deductible would be and then tells me he can't answer my questions. And that I would be better off going and buying a new car. I said I trusted you guys and brought my money to you guys and this is how you do business. I went over to their shop to try to speak to them about what I would have to pay when the work is done and the man comes outside and tells me that" I have to options to have some fucking patience or have my piece of shit towed off their lot" Resolution Sought Have my car fixed and in good running condition that is safe like it should have been when I purchased it.

Whitney’s anger is misguided. She bought a 2005 from us almost a year ago, unfortunately used cars do have problems when they are drag raced. She came in several times “bragging her hemi is faster than her baby daddies car” Whitney tried to wire her own sub woofers into the trunk of her car which caused the alternator to short out and ruined it. Her problems did not start until after that happened, and she is now almost a year into her ownership. Her warranty is covering her new motor except taxes and about 600 of the engine. She has been extremely rude and caused a scene at every location she showed up at. She was never once sworn at or treated as she said. We did tell her that if she was going to continue to be rude and yell/scream at staff members unfortunately she would need to take her car to another dealership or shop to be repaired as we could not handle the repeated customer service issues. We care about all of our customers and just want what is best for them, when things like this pop up we are ALWAYS WILLING to work with someone to get it resolved. To be able to get things resolved they do need to be handled in a friendly and mature way, as there is always a solution to any problem that could pop up. With a little love and generosity on our part/the customers part things get resolved in a manner that keeps customers returning ??. We are so sorry that Whitney’s car had problems unfortunately many of them were caused by her own actions, however we are still standing behind the sale and putting a new engine in her car with only about $800-$1000 out of pocket on a $9,600 repair.
