Customer Complaint

Was told I was approved for a $5,000 loan everything looked good however the lender was requesting a collateral of 4 payments of 156.68 which equaled to $626.72 before depositing the $5000 to my bank account. Upon sending the collateral money I was informed to pay it through Ria money transfer since it was going to Oshawa Ontario Canada to a Mr. Hall. It cost a total of $627. After the funds were received by Mr. Hall I received a phone call from Casey at Coulton Financial Group that they had done another assessment of my file and needed an additional collateral of $626.72 before they could deposit the loan funds into my bank account. I did not have the money to pay any additional money and that was done after all papers were signed. Casey continued to call and email wanting me to find a way to get the additional money which I could not. I asked Casey twice to refund my money asap. As I had used my rent money since I was promised it would be returned with the loan deposit. I got neither. No loan and no refund. I CALLED Casey again to request immediate refund of my $627 and she said it would take 30 business days as it depends on the lenders billing cycle. I received nothing from the lender (Mr. Hall) he received $627 from me and for what? He banked my money without upholding to his end. I'm out $627 receiving absolutely nothing. And he's $627 richer for no reason. I/we Karen and Richard Podergois are demanding our money of $627 be returned immed Resolution Sought Return my $627 asap as no deal ever completed. I was not given anything for my money. I'm out all the money Coulton Financial Group nor Thomas Hall are out a single penny. We demand a full refund of $627 ASAP. THANK YOU
