I ordered a countertop and the woman wrote down the wrong sink size. I didn't realize it until they came to install. Instead of trying to work with me, the owner told me to live with the larger sink, and his wife wrote it up and she doesn't make mistakes and he will not work with me. He lied to me and told me I saw the sink in the showroom and I never did. He took the email paper and put it in my face and kept telling me he will not work with me and this is all my fault. I was so disrespected and I could not stop crying. I just want some money back. He won't even work with me. I lost 2 thousand dollars. I just wish someone could help me. I don't know what else to do. She nade a mistake and wrote the wrong sink after I measured for the smaller sink. I didn't look at the contract which was my fault but she needs to take some responsibility. I'm literally devastated. Since I paid for over half of it then I should be somewhat compensated. I work very hard and saved for months for this. Please, please help me Resolution Sought Portion of money back since I paid for half of it. I don't see anywhere on the contract about getting money back. It's very vague
