Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Ordered shower curtain through company catalog Original order date 9/28/21 order number 50568236. Paid by check. Received notice that the item was out of stock. Did not receive item and company cashed my check even though they did not have item to ship out. Have called company 3 times including today. Spoke with 3 people DAVID, KAREN AND ALEXA who stated that a check was sent 10/20/21. One person after the other were unable to state why they cashed my check in the first place after stating that they do not have item to check I ONLY WANT A REFUND and to date have not received a check or courtesy letter that an actual check was sent. Per Alexa the only thing the company will do is request for another check? This does not solve my problem and it is nearly 2 months now. Resolution Sought Refund my money they should have NEVER cashed my check!!!!
