Salesman would not document proper address and they sent my title out of state. They ignored the fact that I was moving and then decided to hang up on me because I was confronting them with being charged $100 on top of my original sales tax because they did not mail it to the address that I originally had asked and requested of them. They refuse to assist me and refuse to give me a letter showing should I be pulled over of intent of registration which is prevented due to their inability to reliably transport something of documentation that would allow me to register my vehicle and now will cost me six more weeks to get it in. Resolution Sought Send it to the address that is originally requested not the address on a license plate when make known of moving into a new state.

We understand the frustration. Unfortunately, the address that you confirmed when you did paperwork to buy your vehicle is where we are required to send it. The sales person has nothing to do with the titling of the vehicle, as we have title clerks on staff for this reason. We are currently getting a new title issued per your request. We will call you when you can pick it up. Thank you

I texted them a address I was moving to, they chose to put the old address down. They told me that if I got a ticket that that was my issue despite having reassurance from my sales man Anthony that my new address I was moving to would be used on the paper work. They don't have permission to contact me as I was able to get my title by external means and will not do buisness with them as I paid for the car in full at time of purchase.
