I had this company come out to install a pavilion. The pavilion wasn't square it wasn't lined up. They reached out me for the remaining balance and I told them they would get the remaining balance after the problem was repaired. They seem like it was okay but them reached out to me wanting another $410.00 to realign the post. I shouldn't have to pay to have post realigned when they was the ones that messed it up. I explained that to them and I didn't hear back from them. Then a few days later they took it upon themselves to run my credit cards for the remaining balance. I didn't give them authorization to run my credit cards again. Resolution Sought They need to refund my credit cards because I didn't give them authorization and they need to reimburse me some of my money!

I reached out them and they changed their tune. They wanted to come out and re align the post free of charge! I would of settled for that but I felt like it was illegal for them to charge my credit card so I wanted to pay more. I had a balance with them of $2,800 and we spilt that amount so we are settle out and both parties can move on with their life thanks to you!
