Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Was talking with countrywide concealed that they were gonna help me. Get my concealed. Weapons permit but could not get to one of their classes. So ISO I took a sled, offered course and they have done everything for me but they're saying they had sent me something on my email saying that. There's no refunds that I did not receive Resolution Sought Give me back the money I paid for nothing

The state of SC requires an in person class to apply for the permit. Mr. Carnes purchased a class and has decided he didn't want to take our class. He was advised of our No Refund Policy and we would happily schedule him within a class. We offer several class a month in SC with the closest being 17 miles from his home.

They say I purchased a class but I still had to pay them and then pay another person for the class. I took a sled class that was free.And all the paperwork fingerprinting and everything was free didn't have to pay for the class didn't have to pay for my permit

I am unsure of his comment about paying us for a class and then pay another person for the class. When purchasing a class it covers the cost of a class including building and instruction. The additional fee that may have been incurred is a fee charged by the range for use of their range. I am unsure of any "free" classes that are offered, but if he found one, then good for him. That doesn't negate the fact that he purchased a seat in one of our classes. For example, if you purchased concert tickets through a legitimate site and then found them cheaper from a scalper doesn't mean that the legitimate site is going to give you your money back.

My husband is a veteran with actually no need for a CC but he wanted to have one. They do not advise that you will need a live fire arms class until AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. In addition they hide the refund information way down in the terms and conditions. They refused to issue a refund on an order I had placed within the hour. Resolution Sought Give me a refund
