I bought a Chopra from rent to own. And in July after we moved I m still making payments on it however without my authorization. And it wasn't our agreement they took out 229.00 at least when they were suppose to take out 150.00 . Well this cause a great deal of hardship for me and. Y family as it was most of the money I had to live on for rest of the month. About same week they did this my husband bank account got hacked into causing us further hardships. I had to call my bank n explained to them what had happened and they canceled my card out so they wouldn't have access to my bank account to make any more unauthorized withdrawals. August I sent them a money order made a payment, then by September still trying to recover from incidents this happened in July I wasn't able to make a payment to rent to own. Then this month October it took a lot I had to pay bills here that I couldn't pay rent to own again as my card wouldn't go through when electric went out at the town close to where I live at. I explained that to a Kendall Ann who works at rent to own at Wilmington she started get nasty and accuse me of giving her a run around which I wasn't I have been a customer for rent to own Wilmington Ohio location. For many years . I don't appreciate it . I explained to her what had happened at the business where I was trying get money order as I don't trust them to give them my debit card number. I hope have this resolved. Thank u Resolution Sought I shouldn't have to pay them as I had insurance on the item . But I would I need more time. To make payments if they don't want to do that it should be considered paid.
