Countrywide Roofing was a wonderful company when they installed our roof after hurricane IDA. Recently, a skylight leaked. I called them and a repairman came out and decided he needed some additional material to fix the problem. After numerous follow calls and text on when they would come out and fix the leak, I got responses, it should be this week, I'm checking with our expert for his schedule. This has gone on almost 2 weeks. If they did not want to fix the skylight they should have said up front. This is not the exceptional company that put on our roof. I do not know if the company was sold, but if they are still rated highly with the BBC, someone should take another look. Resolution Sought Made this right. How ever you determine your rating for companies as A+, you need to re-evaluate this company.
