Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I canceled my trash service on November 10 2021. I put my full 2 trash cans out on that day for the last pick up and removal of cans. I had surgery the very next day. My trash cans were never emptied or picked up. I called and was told to put them back out next week This task became hard for me because I'd had a total shoulder replacement and could pull the cans up the hill to the road which made me have to ask a neighbor to do it at this point. This has gone on every week since November 10. Every week I call they tell me to put them at the street or they will not pick them up. Said they will charge me $75.00 a can if they come to get them and they are not there. I've documented dates and times and names of whom I spoken with. This has gone on for several weeks. I should mot have to ask my neighbors to do this each week also and having them not picked up !!! Resolution Sought Come get these cans !!!!!
