Course Hero closed my tutor account in the most inhumane way. They closed my account without giving any valid reason. They terminated my ability to withdraw money pending. Resolution Sought Access all the pending payments.

Bought a 1 year subscription on June 6, 2020 which expired June 6, 2021. Most honest company will send you notification of your expiring subscription. This company didn't but instead charged my card. When I noticed a day later because that when my credit card bill was due, I called them and was met with resistance because I didn't cancel. Ok, I'm canceling now I do not want your services I said. I told them I thought I wasn't going to use them after the year I purchased because I was done with school. I then contacted the credit card to alert them that Course Hero fraudulently charged my card. When course hero was contacted they canceled my account and never returned my money. I never used their services and the only reason how I found out my account was canceled was that the cc company required that I show evidence and when I tried to log on to get information regarding my account it was canceled by Course Hero. I have tried numerous times to get my money back but they kept referring back to the cc company who said that Course Hero refuse to send the money back. Resolution Sought Return my money back, refund.
